We have a very flexible user agreement in which we state that you have the right to use the theme and all images within your web site.
Be sure to read the "read me" file that
comes with your theme installation package. It
contains news you can use. (Back

Once you purchase one of our themes, your license gives you the right to use the theme on as many sites as you wish. You cannot, however, offer the theme package for resale or post the theme images on your site except to show how they have been used within a
completed web site. We still retain the original rights to the theme.
You are also restricted to one copy of the theme per purchase and cannot load
the theme onto multiple computers. (Back to
