The Following is a
List of Needs and Wants which Dale is attempting to locate
for his Customers...
1. Apartment
Buildings. We have buyers who are seeking to buy
larger apartment buildings throughout Southwestern
Ontario. The values can be as high as $20
million. We also have buyers who are seeking to buy
smaller apartment buildings in London. This
buildings can be as small as 8 units.
2. Retail
Investment. Investors are looking to buy quality
retail strip plazas. Depending on the size, they can
be located anywhere in Southwestern Ontario. Food
store anchors would be highly desirable. Larger
single-tenant properties with a strong covenant and a
longer term lease are also be requested. Smaller
plazas that are well located with a good mix of desirable
tenants are also being requested.
3. Industrial
Investment. Larger and smaller industrial
investment opportunities are being requested throughout
Southwestern Ontario. They must be well maintained
and well located for ease of access of the major
highways.
4. Residential
Retrofit Opportunities. We have buyers who are
looking for non-residential buildings that would lend
themselves to being retrofitted to multi-residential
rental or condominium properties.
5. Townhouse
Development Sites. We are frequently being asked
if we have vacant land sites which are suited for
townhouse development. Sites from 2 acres and up are
being requested.
