Dale E. Bensette, MBA

EXPERIENCE
Dale is a commercial
realtor, top producer
and leader in Southwestern Ontario commercial real estate
sales and leasing where he has been serving the needs of clients &
customers since 1989. Dale is part of the professional
sales team at Royal LePage Triland Realty’s Commercial
Group.
In
the early 90’s Dale carved out a niche for himself
specializing in the listing, marketing and selling of all
types and sizes of investment, commercial and multi-family properties.
He frequently obtains higher than expected results for his
clients in various markets which include Windsor, Chatham,
Sarnia, London, Kitchener, Waterloo and Cambridge. In addition
to his selling skills, Dale's clients have benefited from
his successful leasing programs which have added value to
their properties in order to achieve the highest sale
price.
Dale is best described as a marketer and
negotiator.
His strength in both these areas has been used to complete
large and small sale and lease transactions for his clients and
customers.
BACKGROUND
Dale holds an MBA degree and brought to his real estate
brokerage career a wide range of corporate/management
experiences. These include positions in labour/personnel
relations in the automotive industry; credit analysis in
the banking industry; and lastly several years in
management positions with a Southwestern Ontario gas
utility company. Dale is a former politician having served
as a trustee with a London school board. He is also a
former part-time Fanshawe College marketing instructor and a past member of the Appraisal
Institute of Ontario and Canada.
Dale’s background, business training, analytical
and negotiating skills have helped him to become
recognized as a leader in his field.
